However, the production process of wigs is more complicated than other daily necessities, with more processes, and the processes of machine hair weaving and artificial hair weaving are still far apart. Moreover, due to different manufacturing methods and different raw materials, the common defects of wigs are not the same.Especially in wig inspection, the defect of wig cannot be ignored.
First of all, from the appearance inspection, there are the following defects:
- Monochrome hair is not uniform and pure in color, with different colors appearing, and the color of mechanism line is not consistent with the color of hair.
- The rows of hair cannot be kept dense and even, and the hood is not full.
- The same wig feels inconsistent.
- Wig curvature should be unnatural, fluffy and inelastic.
- Wigs are dirty and have foreign matter.
- The simulated scalp is not soft and the stitches are uneven.
- The left and right asymmetry of headgear, headdress and cap bottom.
These defects found in wig inspection are only found by checking the appearance, and a large number of defects are found by actual field tests, where the test conditions are simulated the actual usage of consumers, so as to solve the quality or design problems of wigs for importers in advance. So what field tests are there? What other defects are unacceptable to consumers?
- Alopecia test:randomly select 10 spots on the test sample, pull out one hair each, and count the number of unbroken hairs after pulling out. Inspectors can also comb wigs with wide-toothed combs to count the number of fallen wigs.
- Single hair fracture strength test:randomly select a single hair to test whether it is easy to fracture.
- Color fastness test:it includes color fastness to rubbing, water and sweat.
- Wear inspection: Wear for a certain period of time, requiring comfort and good air permeability.
- Weight inspection: the weight of each wig is not allowed to have large deviation.
- Complete length inspection:fix the headgear on the head mold and measure the length from top to bottom.
- Odor test:must be carried out in a clean environment without abnormal odor.
Most of the purpose of consumers buying wigs is to decorate themselves, so wearing test in wig inspection is very necessary. If a wig is unnatural and fluffy, consumers will definitely return it.The reason for consumers to decorate with wigs is probably because they have less hair,or they do not want to dye and perm hair many times. At this time, if the wigs purchased by importers do not cause a lot of hair loss and color fading, consumers have no reason to return them.
When importers and consumers learn about the product defects after wig inspection, they will no longer be fooled by the appearance of fashionable hairstyles,and at the same time, they will also be able to experience the wig quality of different raw materials.
