Folding Table: Technological Comparison Between Two Factories
Today we are going to introduce a simple folding table. First of all, we need to make clear the client’s needs before making a targeted comparison. Thereby presenting the comparison results to all importers. The client who buys folding tables is a chain brand store, which mainly focuses on daily consumer goods. Main differences of products
The desktop is purchased. Made by pressing wood chaff,pasted with PVC surface, and then pressed by machine. The surface of the product is flat and the PVC film feels thick.
The desktop is purchased. Paste PVC film on the surface of MDF board. During the inspection, it was found that the PVC film at edge of the desktop on the back for 100% inspection samples was wrinkled. After inquiring the factory, it was found that it was manually pasted by workers and the PVC film was thin, so wrinkles appeared.
More serious defects were found
- No batch defects similar to those in Zhangzhou factory were found.
- Some commondefects were found on site,which waswithin AQL.
- There were many batch problems, as follows:
1)100% sampled products had uneven veneers at the edge
2)30% of the sampled products had extra plastic parts at the bottom
3)30% of sampled products had white marks on the back of dark models
4)40% of the sampled products had sawdust at the screw holes
- Commondefects, which wasbeyond AQL

Overview of factory
Conclusion
Although the factory produces and sells a variety of products, the products and accessories are all produced by themselve. Their management is orderly and pay attention to product quality. Therefore, after many inspections, the products all meet the quality requirements.
From the cleanliness of the production line, the management of the factory is not in place and don’t plan the site reasonably. From this aspect, we can also see the control levelof product production, which is one of the reasons for the above defects.
