- Color matching code: The weight of the shoe box, color, style is not allowed to be configured incorrectly.
- Mark: The trademark, shoe size and model must be clear and the trademark is well sewed.
- Upper: It is not allowed to have leather rupture hoarfrost, upperbruising and wrinkle decolorization, upper pattern printing or poor embroidery, uneven folding, and accessories are not strong.
- Main and inner toe: Theycannot be too high or too shortand too hard or too soft.
- Inner and substrate: The substrate is trimmed neatly, and the inside is flat and free from damage.
- Heel: firm, crack-free,centered.
- Sole: nails, paint, cracks, hoarfrost, etc. are not allowed.
- Combination of the bottom:gluefailureor excessive glue.
- Symmetry: The left and right have the same twist, and the size of the heel is the same.
The shoes in the Guangzhou inspection company are divided into health and safety performance and conventional physical properties.
Health and safety performance
The health and safety performance test items are mainly for toxic and hazardous substances, including PH value, Cr content, free formaldehyde content, PCP, Pb/Cd/As content, and metal attachment Ni release.
Conventional physical properties
Including the outer bottom wear resistance, the bottom bonding fastness (peel strength and tensile strength), color fastness (fastness to rubbing and water fastness), cold resistance (test uppers, soles and finished shoes, respectively) ), heel bonding force, heel hardness and corresponding tests for special functional shoes.
