Carol is responsible for continuously improving CQI’s client’s satisfaction by supervising CQI team to offer the tailor-made quality control solution for client’s worldwide. Before CQI, she was senior supervisor in European inspection agent in china for 10 years, also served as key account manager for a large trading company, fortune 500 for 5 years. She graduated from Huaqiao University, has a bachelor's degree in business administration, and speak English, Cantonese and Mandarin.

Susan has worked in CQI for 5 years and has a thorough understanding of their customer service concept. She plays a key role in improving the daily customer service experience. Prior to CQI, she was the quality supervisor for the China office of a global consulting company for 3 years. In that role, she provided international sourcing and logistic services. Susan is a Xi’an Translation University graduate and is fluent in both English and Mandarin. She enjoys traveling and trying new foods.

Amber has been with CQI for 4 years and is responsible for coordinating inspection arrangements, certification, and laboratory testing services in China. Prior to joining CQI, she was an Operations Manager at an international logistics company. In that role, she developed excellent organizational capabilities and foresight among various parties and made an outstanding contribution to the implementation of CQI's ERP system. Amber has a Bachelor's degree in logistics from Fujian Normal University and is fluent in both English and Mandarin.

Richard is responsible for revising inspection protocol and maintenance of testing standards. He worked in CQI for 8 years. Before CQI, Richard was a senior quality engineer at an US inspection firm for 5 years. He is an expert in product testing and inspection for electronic and electric products. Richard made a contribution to the project of business process engineering. Richard graduated from Fuzhou University, has a Bachelor degree of automatic industry, speaking English, Mandarin, Cantonese. Like reading, photography and outdoor sports.
